Chapter 32 is up and I need to begin by thanking Robert Frost again for the use of one of his very beautiful poems. Why I chose this particular poem won’t be apparent for many, many, chapters, but I can assure you that it does have meaning, both literal and symbolic, and hopefully you’ll understand at some point before the story is finished.
As chapters go, this one is relatively short. But there is a lot going on in this chapter and it doesn’t happen in an especially linear fashion. Mostly it takes place inside Andy’s head, but it jumps back and forth in time and covers several different events, all of which are important to understanding Andy as a person. The reason I’m telling you this is because I want to encourage you to avoid reading it quickly. You need to take your time with this chapter because you’ll need the foundation it provides to appreciate what happens down the road.
I don’t usually nag 🙂 but read this one carefully and feel free to ask questions if you find something confusing. As always, comments at the end of the chapter or via e-mail are welcome. Have fun reading and let me know what you think.
